What we collect

When you call the demo line, we receive the phone number you called from and a recording of the conversation so we can improve the script. When you text or email Justin, we keep that message and your reply-to address to continue the conversation.

If you become a customer, we also collect the information needed to run your service: your forwarded line, your rules, your calendar integration credentials, your billing details, and the call transcripts of conversations handled on your behalf.

What we do with it

We use your information to run the service you paid for, send you SMS summaries, bill you, and improve the bot's handling of your call flows. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Analytics on this site

Site traffic is measured with a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No advertising pixels run on this site.

Data retention and deletion

Call recordings are kept for 90 days by default. Billing records are kept as required by tax law. If you ever want your data deleted, email Justin directly; we'll confirm deletion within 30 days.
